Who We Are

A Journey of Faith and Dedication

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful. Under the blessings of Chaharda Masoomeen (A.S.), the Tamil Nadu Shia Muslim Jamaat has successfully completed its first year — serving the community through humanitarian aid, educational support, religious harmony and upholding justice.

TNSMJ brings together the Shia Muslim community of Tamil Nadu under one banner of service — Faith Unity Justice Humanity. In its first year the Jamaat has worked across Chennai and the districts of Tamil Nadu: relief for families, scholarships for students, and Muharram awareness campaigns.

Founded and led by its office bearers, the Jamaat operates with transparency — every activity, from a single meal to a ₹5,00,000 relief contribution, is reported to the community it serves.
